Champagne Les Couarres V17 comes from the Les Couarres (Lieux-Dits) parcel cultivated with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the center of the Merfy terroir, on the least draining area of the village with a subsoil rich in tuff and clay. Harvest base 2017 with vinification in fût de chêne and aging on its own yeasts for at least 36 months with a low final dosage - Extra Brut.
