Cocchi Alta Langa Brut "Bianc'd Bianc" 2016

It is the son of a particular "early Burgundy biotype" of chardonnay, and is exalted in expressing the peculiarities of the fruit in purity, together with the characteristics of the Alta Langa territory. The Brut "Bianc 'd Bianc" labeled "Cocchi" is a unique sparkling wine of its kind, even if only because it is the only spumante from Alta Langa to be obtained by making wine grapes of chardonnay in purity. It matures on the lees in the bottle for four years, and is dosed with a very limited amount of sugar.

It is a rigorous Brut on the one hand, but on the other hand also seductive and sensual, characterized by a contemporary and never too austere style. It is a Brut that you will immediately like from the first moment.
