A marked concentration and a remarkable acidity of the fruit represent the solid basis from which the “Pas Dosé” of the Cocchi house comes to life. It is a sparkling wine that is left to rest on the lees in the bottle for sixty months, and then comes to offer an articulated and complex, sensual and intriguing sip.

Warm in aromas, pure in knowing how to tell the truest soul of the lands of Alta Langa, it gives on the one hand a refined freshness and a pleasant fragrance, and then on the other hand proposes decisive toasted and candied flavors. It's a fabulous Brut Nature: marry it with tempura squid, and the satisfactions will be endless.
