Cocchi Alta Langa Rosè Brut "Rösa" 2017

This Alta Langa is a rosé de saignée, whose color derives from the lightly macerated and pressed Pinot Noir.

With a characteristic delicate color, it is a brut sparkling wine with little dosage, decidedly fresh and savory, made rigorous and fascinating by the liqueur d'expédition. Its spicy style is accentuated over time. Its volume, combined with a good balance of matter, expresses a wine with an intense fruit.
