Cocchi Alta Langa Totocorde 2016

The centuries-old sparkling wine tradition of Piedmont is renewed year after year with the “TotoCorde”, Millesimato Brut Classic Method son of the lands of Alta Langa. Produced by the Cocchi winery, it can rightfully be taken as the flag label of the denomination to which it belongs, so much so is the prestige of history that it can boast behind.

After an impeccable and careful selection of the grapes, it rests for 48 months on the lees in the bottle. It is a rich and aromatic bubble, very good to accompany the best weekend aperitifs. Marry it with the shrimp cocktail, and the bottle will be empty in no time.
