Vinification in wood for 20%. Natural fermentation without added yeasts, only indigenous yeasts are used. First élevage on the lees which lasts about a year without burning the stages; the wine clarifies slowly as it did 50 years ago. Bottled without filtering or sizing.

Brilliant golden yellow color. On the nose, complex notes of ripe fruit and yellow flowers, with a pleasant citrus nuance. In the mouth, great vigor and structure, the taste is soaring with freshness and minerality, on distinctly fruity, floral and citrus references. Harmonious and persistent.
