Foursquare Sovereignty Single Blended Rum 62%

Sovereignty is a limited edition of the Foursquare Distillery. The rum matured for 14 years tropically in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and is a patriotic tribute to Barbados that officially severed ties with the British crown, removing Elizabeth II as a symbolic head of state and becoming a republic in November 2021. Not cold filtered, not artificially colored, bottled at 62% alcohol content.

Nose: Complex with hints of red fruits, grapefruit and pipe tobacco.

Palate: Impeccable and complex with notes of toasted dried fruit and citrus.

Final: Persistent with notes of tropical fruits, caramel and tobacco.
