It is rather a unique distillate, a London Dry Gin, although perhaps it would be more appropriate to define it as an Organic Tuscan Dry Gin, as stated on the website of its producers. Yes, because this Ginepraio is produced only with organic raw materials but above all with elements of Tuscan origin. Alcohol, for example, is obtained from organic wheat from Mugello. While the juniper comes from three distinct areas of the region, the Maremma coast, the heart of Chianti and the hills of Alta Valtiberina. From the meeting of these three different berries, a Gin with a unique and unmistakable character is born. Distilled in Barberino Val d'Elsa in a traditional copper still, this distillate reveals its origins from the very first sip. Great for blending, this Gin has an exquisitely balsamic, spicy character and a citrus finish.
