La Spinetta Barbaresco DOCG Starderi 2010 wooden case of 2 bottles 14.5%

A Barbaresco with an exceptional balance between tannin and acidity, with a strong character and solid structure. Delicate aromas of plum and ripe fruit make Starderi extremely enjoyable in its youth, although it expresses its maximum potential after a few years of aging in the bottle.

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks for an average period of 14-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, of which 20% new and the remainder of the second passage, and subsequent aging for 20-22 months. Refinement in the bottle for about 6 months.
