Demerara sherry wood rum is the most famous of Moon Import's rums. With every sip you can appreciate the patient work of selection and refinement conducted by Pepi Mongiardino. Rum distilled in Guyana in 2003 by the famous Demerara and after aging in sherry barrels bottled in 2021 in only 615 bottles. An intense Rum of 18 years of aging in Scotland in original sherry barrels, selected and bottled in the same place, since Scotland is the region of the world where the aging of alcohol is the best and most regular compared to all other countries. The experience and ability of the Scots in the art of aging Whiskey is crucial in enhancing the characteristics of a great Rum.
