"Bric Turot" by Prunotto is an elegant full-bodied red wine, cru of Barbaresco, of sublime workmanship. Elegant on the nose with a varied aromatic spectrum, from fruity to balsamic hints, up to a light sprinkling of ethereal notes and light violets just wilted.

Grapes: Nebbiolo 100%

Alcoholic proof: 13.5%

Format: Bottle 75 cl

Vineyards: South-east / south-west exposure, located between 180 and 300 meters above sea level, on marly soils rich in manganese, zinc and boron

Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel, maceration for 15 days, malolactic done before winter

Aging: 12 months in large barrels, at least 10 months in the bottle

Additional Notes: Contains sulphites
