Foursquare Shibboleth is the limited edition of Foursquare Distillery that has been aged the longest to date. Rum is produced from the distillation of molasses in both pot still and single column stills and has been aged for 16 years in the warm Caribbean climate of Barbados. Richard Seale used exclusively ex-bourbon barrels for the production of Shibboleth.

The result is a complex and fragrant rum with barrel notes mixed with hints of dried fruit, caramelized oranges, almonds, spices, brown butter and chocolate. On the palate it is powerful and tasty, with hints of chocolate, blueberry, banana and mandarin compote. The finish is long and the important alcohol content (56%) is perfectly integrated into the distillate.
