SENSORY NOTES:

Brilliant straw yellow color, fine perlage. The nose has elegant aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits, with sweet nuances of pain d'épices and meringue and a citrine note at the end. At the sip, great hold of minerality and freshness, it spreads naturally and harmoniously on a citrus and floral texture. Fine, intense and persistent.

CURIOSITY:

This Blanc de Blancs comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes. As for all the champagnes elaborated by Monsieur Gautherot, the harvest is manual and the vinification takes place in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. The disgorgement is done "à la volée", by hand. Zero dosage, for a very elegant and highly drinkable champagne.
