Waterford Single Farm is inspired by the ancient tradition of lunar cycles to create this Single Malt Irish Whiskey made with biodynamic agriculture. Eccentric for some, regenerative for others, this type of barley cultivation goes beyond the normal ecological mentality.

Aromatic profile: on the nose plums, apricot jam, fresh fruit salad, cold coffee, lemon cake, milk chocolate with almonds. On the palate, on the other hand, spices at all levels, front, center, back and middle, white pepper, cloves, dark chocolate, licorice, malt biscuits and mint tea, grapefruit. The finish is warm and spicy.
